Refund of premiums (unjust enrichment)

I finished paying and settled the home bond on the 27th March 2024 and immediately canceled the home insurance policy on it the same day. Nedbank has continued to debit my bank account despite my cancelation against my mandate to date. I regularly reversed the transactions without success. On the 4th February 2025 I spoke to Nonkululeko Ntshangase of their offices advising her on the same. I sent an email to their customer services and retentions department but date I haven't received the response. I thus demand the refund of all the premiums paid from April 2024 to date.
