Refund nightmares with Nedbank insurance

Nedbank Vehicle insurance, has turned my insurance experience into a nightmare after the purchase of my vehicle and I engaged with them whereby I entered into an agreement with Nedbank insurance and my nightmare began whereby they double debit I enquired about it and they explained to me that it was for pro-rata the other amount which it was fair but this continued to the second month and they told me that they were debiting for the future and I had a disagreement on the 2nd of May with how they do business and canceled on the very same day my insurance and they promised to refund to refund me after 40 days which is exceeds all bounds of business rationality, bizzare at the utmost which is far more than the probable business days of 21 days but however so on the 16th of June 2023 they were supposed to have processed this refund but till to date I'm still taken from pillar to post, my calls have been transferred from one agent to another with very much futile results. I've never seen such ineffectual insurance with so much highly *********** management in dealing with refunding de**** clients.
