Refund from nedbank of 25k

I had a loan with nedbank, I was owing 84k. In 2020 I got a loan from Bayport and I paid to nedbank. To my surprise now 2022 they took me to Judgement, the 25k they say it does not reflect in my account I send proof off payment still no help. I send emails to nedbank not getting any help. I request a settlement and they say I'm owing 84k, I ask for discount they gave me and have to pay 67k. I did that I paid 67k and send them proof of payment still nothing it's happening.

I attached both 25k proof of 2020 and the current proof of payment of 67k. Still no response.

All that I need it's my refund of 25k that I paid in 2020.
