Refund from car rental

I have been waiting for my refund for the past 7 days now, I am being push from pillar to post. Because the funds were refunded to my bank card not the account from the car rental company I have to wait 7 working days which is already the 7th working, I'm being told to wait until tomorrow again, tomorrow will be another story.
