Refund Due - Bond Cancellation

I called the Private Clients suite today, and consulted my banker to find out what is the refund amount that is due to me as I cancelled my Bond and have received confirmation that it is finalized and I believe there Is a refund due to me.

I was advised by both to contact the Attorney’s as once a bond is finalized the bank does not deal with it anymore.

According to the Attorney’s they do not deal with refunds done by Banks and I should contact my bank directly, which makes sense and means I was advised incorrectly by the Private Clients suite and my banker.

Nobody could assist me at the private clients suite and I asked to speak to somebody in home loans department and was advised that a call needs to be logged through an internal system.

Please provide me with the amount for the refund due and when I can expect the Payment to be made to me.
