Refund dispute

I’m under debt review with Debt Busters I bank with Nedbank and last month Nedbank took all my salary from my account. I requested a refund due to being under review with creditors including Nedbank and I was refunded. Now the same happened again with my February salary and I followed the same process. But to my surprise I got the refund today which is not even half of my salary and my account is yet again overdrawn. I chose debt review to assist with my finance not to accumulate more debt. So I want my full refund from Nedbank and for them to stop causing me stress and financial problem on a monthly basis. They also need to be paid just like all my creditors and they are aware that I'm under debt counseling. I am annoyed and don't understand why Nedbank fails to comply with the review. I tried to close the account but I was told I can't because of the overdrawn situation caused
