REFUND

I requested a refund on Monday, when I spoke to the consultant she stated that the double debit orders will be refunded. When I enquired this morning, the one consultant was very rude and she stated that I there is no refund request and that I won't get my money. I spoke to client care and he said that someone will call me. I can't wait that long. I want my money back please.
