Refund

Good day

Can you please assist,I had a loan with Nedbank which I settled,I called in to close the account only to find out that I actually payed extra money on my loan,I spoke to a Lady called Bronwynne at the call centre she said she can not close the account now because she needs eo escalate the refund matter and the money I will receive won't be the full amount because there will be interest rates,I asked her is my Loan settled she said yes,But now the problem is the want to deduct interest on my own money,Why?no one can give me valid answer,I lodged a complain at the loan centre,The lady by the name Claudine said she will get back to me I'm still waiting.This is very frustrating I've never experienced any problems with Nedbank I'm really disappoint.I feel its ****************.
