Refund

On the 4th December 2019 I used sendimali to pay a service provider. They didn't get the pin to withdraw the money. I was advised it will be reversed back to my account within 48hours.

A werk later I followed up didn't get any assistance. I even logged a complaint on 18th December 2019. Ref no.ccm ***4.

I have had no feedback until today.
