Refund
We logged a refund requrest with a Athen Senegal at nedbank. and i was promise the amount will be refunded in 48 hours ad till today i have not recieved the amount, i have call the guy and the call center and they not answering their calls and when i speak the agent they constatly refer me to a number than rings contantly
