HI i have app**** to cancel and pay the rent of the money i was owing my credit card the lady who was assisting me told m that will take 3 days ,that was on the 10th of November till today when i call them they telling me they don't know what happen they only fixing it now, on Saturday they told me i will get my funds back till now i haven't what confuses me is that i am also Ned bank so what could take them this long on December holidays when kids want to be spoil because they passed.. i need help

after writing my review here i was hoping to get feedback from Ned Bank but they didn't contact me, i am so hurt with how Ned bank has treated me, Yesterday i had ceremony that i had to go an borrow money from family and friends because Ned bank is holding my money and no 1 is assisting me and when i call them they all confused. i real need help and new bank because this is the only bank I've been with my whole life
