Refund

My husband is having a personal loan at Nedbank. He was debited on the 31st of January 2025 and on the 3rd of February 2025. His loan is not in arrears nobody is giving a reason for a double debit and has not receive a refund till today. On saturday morning he went to the branch, they advised him to call personal loans department that did not answer the phone till the branch closed. His ID number is : ***
