Refund
Nedbank debited my late husband account for his loan debt in September, I phoned and they asked me to send them all the required documents then they send me e-mail asking me to go and open desease account Wich I did but I got response that they can't open the account for less 3000 , I phoned Nedbank again and they send me to estate department the guy did his best but even today the money is not paid onll my account

17 Mar 2018, 14:10I did receive phone call from Mr Govender Nicolas who promised to hand over my complaint to deceased estate, but I keep sending him emails trying to find out how far they are lucky for me he do respond but to me a refund of less than R4000.00 is taking almost 6 and half months. Can someone under deceased estate help me please.
