REFUND

Good day,

Had a personal loan with Nebank that was settled end of August. Nedbank deducted more .Beginning of September I requesting to be refunded the over payment and I was told to wait for 48hours . I sent a statement indication that I had over paid. After 48hours I called as I still was not refunded and was I transfered from one department to other. I sent the statement again still no refund.
