Ref no: *** Disappointed by the slow service from Nedbank Personal Loan Department

I have logged numerous queries with Nedbank Personal Loan Department regarding closure of my account which has been fully paid up, refund and to be issued account closure letter. I've spoken to several consultants who keep telling me that my request has been noted but somehow "back-Office People" have not processed my request. What is so difficult with closing a paid-up account, refunding money due to me and issuing a paid up letter in this regard????
