Ref *** - miserable Nedbank service

Reference number *** refers. I deposited funds at a Nedbank ATM at Dobsonville Mall on the 14th of June 2023 and the screen froze at the validating bank notes stage. Long story short - every single Nedbank employee has since that day befinning with Babalo from the Dobsonville has been either indifferent or *********** or both. On the 27th of June i contacted, for the umpteenth time the contact centre and Dimakatso Mashilo promised to send me proof that the funds were transferred to the correct recipient but all she did was send me indecipherable nonsense.
