REF: CRM ***2 Nedbank Do Not Update Credit Profile Until Paid Up

I have had a query with Nedbank since the 11 June 2019 and till date it is not resolved. I cannot believe it takes forever to get information update the credit bureaus even though I am paying my monthly instalments. I send an email and I was told that TransUnion and XDS will be update according to monthly instalment that I have been paying there was even a reference number on the email but even now the credit bureaus are not updated the only update the current balance . Last week Friday I call Nedbank Client Services Manager I was told that the monthly Instalment will be updated once I settle my account. I refuse to accept this because as per The National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005, Nedbank is meant to update payment history on a monthly basis usually within 30 days of a payment cycle and/or having received payment from a customer. Nedbank is also responsible for providing the credit bureaus with accurate information which in this case is not being done. Once advised Nedbank of this they now refuse to provide me with proof where in the Credit Act it shows the payment can only be updated once the account is paid in full.
