I've written to Nedbank 4 times now, starting on the 27th May. I've discussed this matter with one of their call centre agents namely, Kreegan.

He told me it takes 3 to 5 working days to close an account.

It's now 13 (working days) and this account is still not closed.

It doesn't help going into a branch. They just tell you to call the call centre. I've spoken to the call centre on numerous occasions. But this account is still not closed.

Exactly what are you supposed to do to get this done.

They don't even bother about a review on Hello Peter 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
