I would like to thank Thulile (Perceverance) on assisting me with my limit increase query. I sent her an email at 12H05, following up on a request that was logged from the branch on 25th June. Needless to say I had no joy with the branch hence I decided to follow up on this query myself.<br> <br> She called me back advising on what action she's gonna take next. As well as calling back to advise that my query had been resolve. I want to commend her for her efficiency and keeping her promise to call back. <br> <br> I was panicking that I'd go on leave without this being sorted out. And within 2 hours all was resolved. I'm looking forward to enjoying my leave, travelling around the country. This will definitely be an awesome holiday ever! Kudos to Thulile <br>
