Redemption of points - Poor Presentation

Hi, I redeemed a substantial amount of my points against a large chocolate box hamper. This was to be delivered for a special occasion. I was utterrly disappointed that 1. the item was delivered to someone in a brown box that did not look appealing 2. they had the name of the person to deliver to as myself. <br> This is rather disappointing in regards to customer service as I assumed the delivery would be in the same manner/ presentation like Netflorist. The picture depicted as delivery certainly did not match the method of delivery
