Red ink on R100 Note .Nedbank Newmarket

I'm very discussed with Nedbank service in Newmarket mall in Alberton . My dad went to the ATM to draw money and some notes came out with RED ink and they refused to take it back . He had a reciept and reported it but they were so rude even the manager . This is appauling especially for a pensioner who has to go through this . And he had proof that the money was drawn out of their branch ......
