Reconsidering another bank.

I would understand if there is 1 thing not working out, but multiple things occurring.

I am writing this review to inform Nedbank of the following.

1. That my Green bucks are being debited every month but at no shop am I able to use the Amex Card to get double the points. Please contact me to cancel it.

2. Your consults lie over the phone when fund needs to be withdrawn that it will show the following day. Expectation was poorly met.

3. Deducting home loans on the 24 of Dec without any approval, our agreement is on the 28th??
