I would like to compliment Merina Green from professional banking at Rosebank branch. What a gem! Merina has been mine and my late husband's personal banker for almost 5 years, I always thought that after signing us up for our bond and bringing us to nedbank she would leave us but hey that was not the case, this lovely soul has been part of our banking and has kept with us till today. She is more than a personal banker, I had a huge problem with the bond that was under my husband who passed away August 2020 and the life insurance on the bond had elapsed. Merina helped me through and through till my bond was approved. I nearly lost the one thing that my husband wanted to leave for his family but with a personal banker like Merina by my side we managed to get the bond approved in my name. I would recommend *** as a personal banker to anyone shes just the best!
