RECKLESS LENDING+*****

I worked for Nedbank in 2011 as a graduate. In November 2011, Nedbank gave me a 12 months credit, knowing that my graduate contract with them was to end in January 2012. As a child then, I didnt even know anything about credit and was just happy that I am getting money.

Now, in April 2017 I opened a current account with them. They went into my account and took money. They said to me they can do as they please and dont need my permission to get into my account. They didnt even tell me that they will do that. And a they tell me they can by law take 60% of what's in my account without notifying me. HEBATHONG!!!

I asked them, which law is that, they failed to let me know.

I then sent a query to thier complaints department, and no one is getting back to me.

I then sent an email to Mike Brown, who is out of office and will only be back on the 12th.

I am not that clued up about lending and all that, but Ineed to know the criteria that was used to grant me that credit. And if it is reckless lending, I need to take legal action against Nedbank. The mere fact that they knew I would be out of work in 3 months yet gave me a 12 months credit clearly indicates that they knew I was in the dark about credit and decided to mislead me into getting into that debt.
