Reckless lending ?

I have considered debt review however was advised to first contact my bank to discuss options and possible solutions and am now being told to reduce my other living expenses by Private Clients (which I find quite offensive ) in the same breath I am being bombarded daily by your telemarketing team offering me a personal loan, surely this is reckless lending if someone is asking for help yet I am being offered additional credit offerings ? Rather help me with my home loan what I have asked you in the first place.

I will be consulting with the NCR around this.
