Received my funeral cover letters from my brother StanleyShongwe Gmail accounts I have never ever use he's details from birth how come my personal things were email to him (insurance letter) policy was debiting on Migoals account

As from January 30 I am not receiving feedback from my enquiry about my email address change without being notified,My brother received letters From Nedbank without my concerns I have emails, whatspp,text how come he have excess to my things? How safe I am with my Private information with this bank ..P**********56 I took a funeral cover P**********56 with Nedbank,the past 2 months I was unable to pay due to illnesses but I was getting update through emails. I am surprise this morning getting a letter of unpaid from my brother Stanley shongwe who's in Johannesburg and am in Capetown. How come my personal be information being sent to a 3rd party without my concerns? How man things does he have Excess without my knowledge because I have my app with me ,my cellphone with me how come he received my letter's From he's Mobile fone. Is POPI ACT. Allowe this if ever I am the one who gave Nedbank my brother's details kindly show me the proof because I took the police through app how come someone far from me receiving my statement.
