Receipt of renewal Credit Card took more than 60days after Card Division's notification that new card on its way

Gold Credit Card was to expire 31 July. Received request early June, where I wanted it delivered. Mid June I was notified my card would be delivered to the Nedbank branch where I have always had it delivered to, for my collection. Eventually only delivered to the branch on the 7th August. Notwithstanding numerous visits to the branch, phone calls to the call center. The painful part was that everyone I spoke to gave me different reasons for the delay.
