Recallapplication

Nedbank its a not a bank their are ****ers on the7/05/22 i made EFT i made an error of the name of the bank was told to fill up recallapplication form i did i sent back they told me i need eletronic signature should go the branch i did went to the branch one off their teller who was supposed to assist he did not even know what was that application was for he reffed me to other teller 2 the lady she did assist me still they rejected my application. Why don't they say straight that they do not offer that kind of services than making me do up and down even when you are the at the branch you have to wait atleast 4 hour before they assist you ..
