Recall Nightmare @Nedbank

@Nedbank.... I made a payment to the wrong bank, and have been trying to recall the money as from the 13th of March! I've send email after email with no reply! I try to contact Nedbank via twitter, I phone the customer care line... All with absolutely NO SUCCESS!! HOW CAN I GET ANY HELP FROM NEDBANK!???
