Recall form enquiry

Nedbank is so pathetic, for such an institution to be so unprofessional, i did a recall complaint that's worth 1800 today I was told that it was unsuccessful due to the other bank not accepting the consent form what is that? I rely on Nedbank to make sure that they will take charge I'm really disappointed. I need more information on this as soon as possible.
