RECALL

ON THE 30/11/2015 I joined a stockvel and i transfered an amount of R 3000.00 to G.N. Khumalo account number ***. it was easy for me to transfere as i also use Nedbank. while we were still, waiting for our payments Nedbank froze Khumalo's account and Khumalo's phone numbers are all off. other members went to their banks to recall their monies which they received their monies back into their accounts. i called Nedbank several times and layed my story to them and everyone that picked up my call told me a different thing, i did all that they said i should do but i was told that they can not recall my money. why is FNB , STD BANK ,CAPITEC were able to assist their clients in recovering the money? I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I BANK WITH NEDBANK. OR should i take my account to your competitor as you were not able to help an innocent citizen but protecting a *********? I feel you protect that Khumalo more than me as she is the one that ****med us, but lucky enough for other people recovered their monies back( thanks to their banks!!!!!)
