Rebate! Terrible Experience :-(

Good day, I must say Nedbank has been sending me on wild goose chase. They contacted me and made me an offer. They would pay me a rebate of a certain amount once i switch my salary over to Nedbank. After 3 successful payments, 30 days after that the rebate would be paid to me. I have been following up and each and every consultant or agent i spoke to said they would escalate the matter. Last week they assured me that this week it will be sorted. Still nothing, I must say your offer sounded to good to be true and surely it is. It made me depend on the rebate to sort out a few things but it is what it is. What a terrible experience! I feel so bad for following up each and everytime to be met with the same answer, WE WILL ESCALATE!
