Rebate owed

On 29 July 2022 Absa personal loans settled my Nedbank personal loan *** in the morning. On 1 August 2022 I phoned Nedbank to alert them of the payment and to request that the account be closed. I emailed the proof of payment. However, I am very unhappy with the service and in a way I feel ******. After the payment reflected on 1 August 2022, I was in credit of R3171.01 then I was debited interest of R3770.42 and another R5.63 on the same day.

I now owed R674.04 which was debited on 15 August 2022.

I sent numerous emails and calls just to get an explanation and I was told my case was with collections. To date I have not heard anything from Nedbank, and I really feel there should have been a rebate.
