<p>The tellers and consultants at Nedbank Landros Mare in Polokwane have the BEST jobs ever! Come to "work" on the first Saturday of the month, be seen & then either vanish for hours or have yourself a private conversation with whoever, while the elderly and everyone else waits for unacceptable minutes or hours in long queues! And the manager is nowhere to be seen... Q to self: Does the branch even have a manager?? </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm glad I got a front row seat to this nonsense, I'll be doing myself a favour & not banking with Nedbank when I'm older... I wouldn't want to die while waiting for assistance</p>

I was contacted by a representative at the branch & by Ms. Bianca Thompson who both took the time to apologize,guarantee that remedial action would be taken at the branch and to follow up on our satisfaction with their service.
