Really really bad service

i am so upset with nedbank my Credit card is fully paid up as of the 12 of July already i have the settlement letter to say that it is paid in full but as of yet i am still on the ITC for my credit card i would really like them to take me off ITC IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE otherwise i will be going to the papers i have had enough !!!!!!!!!!!
