Really bad service

I have logged a complaint against a Nedbank account holder with Nedbank as this account holder is commiting ***** by requesting payments for a company that they claim they have, but the account, vat number and business registration number belong to other people, It has been more then 3 days and they still did not even respond to me to advise what is being done and these guys are continuing to do business and de***** people.
