Really??!!!!!

Nedbank allowed a manual ********** card transaction of R5400!!!! They refused to return it unpaid!!! This caused my account to go into overdraft and almost R700 worth of honoring fees. Now my account is overdrawn and Nedbank wants to send back debit orders. How does Nedbank function???? Run from enquiries to personal banker to call Credit division. Did a card dispute more than a week ago. Apparently even though it's 2015 it could take 6 weeks!!!! What a pathetic joke!!! This transaction is **********!!! Must I go to the police????? Unfortunately because Nedbank sat and did nothing my account will remain in overdraft until my R5400 is refunded and the charges refunded at which time I will close my account. I think it's better to keep your money in a mattress than at Nedbank!!! I am disgusted
