Re-opening of credit card

Hi I am very very disappointed with Nedbank credit cards department, I wanted to re-open my two credit cards after I was retrenched they closed them and got another Job and sent them required documents as per their instruction to *** and get automated reply since 10 January 2021 and when I call they will say they didn't receive the documents can i resend again and I will re- send them and get automated reply and phone after two days I will call to enquire that how far are they are they will ask me to send documents again
