I went to the Irene Nedbank branch since last week Friday, 24/01/2020 and I was attended by Ms. Mapula Molefe. I here to rate her customer service. I have received an excellent customer service from the Consultant and she is customer-centred, very professional and goes out of her way to ensure that client receive the most satisfaction.

The manner in which she assisted me made to prize Nedbank and feel I have no reason to consider another bank. I felt very important.
