Would like to lodge a complaint regarding a rate give as I signed a fixed rate
But my rates change with rate changes

Kindly assist I since bought a car with Nedbank on a fixed rate
And I am not happy with my payment as it's increasing
I since went to nedbank to complain and they never assisted me
I even called the mfc call center still no help
