Racial Segregation, ********* and brutal treatment

Nedbank ***** department very racial and *********, my wife was de*****ed money, she however produced all the relevant proof to Nedbank that she never accepted the "approve it" message for the transaction in question, yet the money was taken from her account. Nedbank kept claiming she accepted the approve it message even when she sent the screen shorts to their ***** department as confirmation of her allegations. She was treated very bad, forced to accept goodwill offer or get nothing. My wife was very devasted and affected by this ********* act.
