R65 000 Credit Card monthly repayment

due to lockdown my credit card is in arrears as i was struggling to pay, but Nedbank decided to submit to credit bureau that my Monthly installment is R65 000 instead of R1300, FNB was willing to pay off the whole credit card but they cant because Nedbank credit shows that i pay R65 000 per month, i have made arrangements with them to pay R650 for 6 months . can you please correct this and put the correct monthly repayment.
