R342 fee for absolute NOTHING in turn

in short something potential ********** was discovered and since R4777 was deducted via debit order, Nedbank was asked to reverse such debit order.

Nedbank however just charged the account with a R342 reversal fee and that's that, no reversed debit order transaction etc.

Even while they stated that they cannot guarantee the reversal, most likely in cases where the other account don't have enough funds 1) the other account is an attorney account so what is the change there is not sufficient funds, unless indeed ***** 2) R342 for absolute nothing is a bit crazy and 3) if the debit order was reversed due to insufficient funds, then the normal fee would be R110 so why is this trippel more???

Nedbank Transaction Management was asked for details, specific why the debit order was not reversed, but until now they just ignore all communications.
