R2500 Arrears on home loan.

I am frustrated , hurt and depressed by the arrogate service offered my Nedbank. I previously made an arrangement to settle my arrears of R2500 on my account this month. Due to difficulties I cannot afford to settle the entire amount. Yesterday I called Nedbank and spoke to Zethu who was rude and did not simply care what I was saying. I then asked to speak to her manager only to be told that he is busy and that he will get back to me- he never did. Today I phoned again and spoke to Lerato , she simply said nothing can be done. I have been a Nedbank client for over 15 years and this is my 2nd home loan surely I deserve to be treated like a valued client. I then advised Lerato that I need to cancel the debit order , she refused . I said to her there wont be enough funds in the account . All I need is for the bank to allow me to pay my monthly installment plus partly pay my arrears, is that too much to ask? What happend to customer service and offering clients alternatives? . I then told Lerato that I will ask my employer not to be deposit my salary in my account and when my arrears are paid up i will move the account to another bank she simply said \OK". I am realy shocked !"""
