R200 Nedbank cash back
Good day,
I'm extremely disappointed with Nedbank.
I was previously banking with Standard Bank my car was financed by MFC. I got an email saying I will be given R200 cash back monthly for the duration of my car loan if i bank with Nedbank, switch my salary to Nedbank, and lastly use internet banking or the money app. I have done all that but I never received any cash back. Nedbank bank stop with your lies please. Don't make any empty promises. This is ********* and I will report you to the Ombudsman.

01 Sept 2021, 18:23In August wrote an email to Michaela inquiring about the cash back. She explained that it is paid in arrears and I will receive the payment on at the end of August. Today is the 1st of September and no cashback is reflected on my account. So people don't be fooled. Nedbank makes empty promises. Don't fall for their R200 cashback. They don't keep their promise
