R200 cash back not received

I took car finance with Nedbank last year March, and was called by their consultant to open a check account with them, as I was promised a R200 cash back every month for the duration of my loan.

I've been quiring about this matter for months now as I have not received even one cashback in my account. So irritated by this.

Please help.
