R E S P E C T out of the door

I understand that we are in a very delicate situation called covid and we all should do what needs to be done to stay safe and so on. Today at Nedbank, Westgate branch, we stood in a que, following protocalls. We dont have controll over perple and what they do if they do not want to obey rules and regulations. The next moment, the guy that sat infront, inside of the entrance, stood up, came to the lobby, and shouted at everybody. Rule 1, treat your clients with resepct or potential clients). you are a representative for nedbank. When it was finally our turn, we were called like children to the principlas office. We greated this guy, he greeted back, not in a polite way. We explained our visit and before my wife could finish her sentence we were told: mam, we know how to compete documents; I am not going to make a scene for the sake of my wife but now I urge Nedbank management, I want action taklen against this man. His rude and do not have manners. Thank goodness I am not a client of Nedbank and becasue of this experience, I will not ever apply at all. Secondly, the floor walker, does not have respect for elderly people. There was an old man, with a broken arm in the que. Your notice outside says, this que is for elderly, vulnrable people, pregnant woman and so on. I saw young men standing there, healthy as can be. Teenagers and they were assisted and the elderly was ignored by the lady that was suppose to sort this mess out. Is this the type of service that Nedbank offers because if it is, Im sorry, I do not want to be your client.
