Quick to ask for money terrible customer service

Nedbank, this is a typical example of you treating people like numbers. Your biggest competitor is literally smilling all the way to the bank, many of your clients are and have migrated to them. I might have defaulted due to things going wrong in my life, as they do with most people. But I had the decency to contact you out of my own and make repayment arrangements. Since inception of the repayment arrangement was made 2.5 years ago I have not defaulted once, you refered to me as a VIP client. Now that I need that VIP service it's all but vansished since I settled the entire 39k, in cash.

I settled the 39k on 03.10.2016 and was promised within 15 working days I'll be off ITC and have all the relevant documentation so that I may have a clear credit rating.

Today (25.10.2016) its been 16 working, and nothing. I contacted the call centre today and was told they only submitted my proof of payment to ITC on 14.10 and that I will have to wait untill 21.11.2016, then it "should" be resolved.

I sent 3 mails to Mchunu, P. (Precious) ********** whom I dealt with initially and whom sent me my final outstanding ammount to be settled. She has not bothered to reply or ask anyone to contact me, I was kept in the dark from the moment I paid the 39K.

So for all you prospective Nedbank Clients out there, think before you put ink on paper with these guys. Their biggest competitor (hint - their corporate colours are light blue / white and contain the letters fnb) are awesome. First phone around before trusting Nedbank, you're only good to them initially but they do not know the meaning of follow through and make sure your clients are truly looked after. You're just a number to them.
