I entered my card pin incorrectly at the ATM and it swallowed my card. I went to the bank half expecting a long drawn out affair and addition costs to get a replacement, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and it didn't cost me anything. I would certainly recommend the branch and the bank itself to other people based on the service I got today. Thank you.
