Queue unfairly managed

Good day I am very disappointed about how nedbank the Grove mall treats customers, I was waiting for more than 30 minutes in a queue which I didn't mind at all, then someone who just came and not even stand for 10 minutes stood up from her seat and went in straight to one of the doors next to the staff only room, she got assistance and left, and no one came out to check if any other customer needed assistance or Atleast to check if the lady was next before assisting her, and this is not the first time iv been to nedbank and this happens... We are not fools to wait to be assisted... No one is special we all there to be assisted and according to the queue
